“I ordered an image with many parts to it, and I was worried it would be cut off. The whole image was on my mat, and they even enhanced it a little bit. it would have gotten 5 if they had offered it in a smaller, standard size.”

“I figured more of the edges would be cropped off from my image I sent in. None the less, I prepared as best I could for either situation; whether nothing was cropped off or if a small amount was. And that's pretty much what they advertised. Would be nice, but probably unrealistic, if their template was exactly what would be on the final product. But it's practically a non-issue. I'm happy.”

“Ordered a custom playmat, had it printed the same day, shipped the next and arrived by the third day. The print quality was lovely. I know they said to be aware that the colors may look a little different when printed but their team did a great job of correcting the image to get as accurate of a print job as possible. The reason I didn't put 5 stars is because my mat had frayed edges when I took it out of the shipping tube. I contacted customer support and they got back to me within 24 hours. They asked for some order information and pictures of the fraying. Once they reviewed that I got an email letting me know a new mat would be printed and shipped to me. So, great customer service. I'm just waiting for my new mat to arrive. I will definitely be purchasing more custom mats from them in the future.”

“I have ordered a custom playmat from Inked Playmats before, and it turned out fantastic (other than I received the playmat 4 days after it was marked shipped, even though I paid for 2 day shipping). My second mat, however, was a real disappointment. The image was incredibly dark, to the point that over 40% of the mat looked black where the image submitted had been incredibly detailed. This mat also arrived later than the 2 day shipping for which I paid extra.”
