“I never received the item in the first place. I gave all my correct information and it was mailed back. I sent an email via email and said they would send it back. It was shipped and for a second time it was sent back to the manufacturer. I sent another email typing my address and they said they could either refund me the money or I could rebuy the product. I did not want to do any work or put in another order when it was their mistake. So I didn’t put in the order because it was originally for a friends birthday that the shipment missed. I ordered it 3 weeks in advanced before his Birthday as well”
