“I have recieved playmats from inked gaming in the past. The quality was decent on the stained glass mat I received, and thought they would be the "go to" place to get a custom mat done. Unfortunately quality is not shared between the two options. Considering the additional edge stitches for an up have that don't hold up well and the feel of the mat was noticeably less quality from previous mats. The options given to me from a representative were to get a remake of the mat ordered or melt the edges of the mat I had in my possession.(how do you make burning the product an option) Even after the reorder I opt for there was next to no updates on my "reorder" until it just appeared at my house eventually and I had the same issues with the replacement unfortunately. I appreciate the effort on their part to try to right a wrong but it wasn't enough. Definitely shop around if you are looking for custom work done because the price tag doesn't justify the quality of mat they provided.”
