I had a friend make a custom image and the quality of the printing lived up to the quality of the image. The recipient of the mat was so surprised and thrilled.

This product is of great quality! The image was printed exactly as desired, the stitching is clean and uniform, and the mat itself is of high quality without slipping and creasing. The only (minor) issue I can think of, would be that my card sleeves are rather sharp, and can at times loosen some of the stitching if I'm not careful. Otherwise, the product is absolutely perfect.

No complaints really. I was afraid it'd come out poor when I didn't crop it but it seems to have printed perfectly.

The quality as a whole is really good, down to the stitched edges are so nice. My only gripe with my mat was that the print turned out much darker than expected. The character on the original picture is pretty translucent against a black background, but you can still see her. Unfortunately, with the mat you can barely even make out who the character is even knowing who to look for. Great quality mat, but just be aware about the darks in the picture being too crushed.
