“First off, the overall quality of the image and the mat itself is outstanding. No complaints there. However, I'm giving 2 stars because they give you a very clear set of dimensions. 28x14 inches.... So I opened photoshop and started with a 28x14 inch canvas... I placed the desired image centered with more than enough background buffer around the main image should a fair amount of clipping occur. Like 2+ inches at the top and bottom. I can only assume I received the product I did because the main image was blown up to fit, clipping as much background as possible. I'm assuming this because it pretty much cuts off right at the edges of the main image. I didn't request or pay for any image editing service. So why I didn't receive a product with the exact 28x14 inch image I created and sent to the company is beyond me.”
