“I'm happy with the quality of my custom playmat. My only gripe is that I wish I'd known how much of the design gets eaten into with the additional stitched edging. It's not a deal-breaker, I just would have given my design. I thought I had enough of a safety zone. It's my own fault for not looking into the parameters. The mat itself though is AMAZING; the material has a slight shimmer to it and the printing is professional. The mat material is nice and thin and rolls up nicely. I look forward to having other mats made for some of my other games.”

“I got my 3 mats for me and my kids. Getting the stiched edge was worth it. It would be best to show in your FAQ pages how much darker that a dark mat would be versus a picture of it with actual examples to get an idea so to compensate for it. Also to mention it has a sheen to it. But overall a great product.”

“Thanks for sending me my custom mats (order #115941) so quickly and well done. They look brilliant. The only bummer was not the quality or time but the new(?) customs protocols you are following, which listed the mats at full value which prompted Swiss customs to tax me for just under $24 (instead of declaring it as a gift, which would have cost me nothing) - see attachment. And I understand that Inkedgaming wants to be on the up and up and not get into trouble with customs, but a little forewarning of the additional costs might be nice in the future. That way customers know that what we save on shipping by ordering over $75 we'll eventually pay anyway in taxes upon arrival. It's a little something we in the UX business call "Underpromise and overdeliver." This feels a bit like the opposite...”

“The stitching on the playmat is really nice. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the colouring was darker than expected. I didn't think the blacks would be so pronounced. Overall a great purchase, and good to know for next time.”

“I was honestly thinking I would receive a low quality product (I've been burned before). I am so glad I was wrong as this far exceeded my expectations. I would gladly order from Inked Gaming again. In fact I already have.”

“The playmat got to me fairly quickly considering it was a custom order. The lines in the design were crisp and clean, and the top layer was soft. There was a bit of a stink from it but after I left it unraveled on my table overnight, the smell was gone.”
