“It's been about a week since I ordered and have not yet received it. I found that the order process was confusing when it calculated shipping charges....I wanted to chosse the lowest cost shipping option but the order process kept inserting a more expensive option which was twice the cost. It was not until the very end of the order process that your system allowed me to select the lowest shpping cost. I almost gave up on the order since the initial shipping cost showing was more than the cost of the ink??.”
