“I'm writing to express my appreciation for the prompt delivery of my recent order, #23042, which was received on Friday, October 20, 2023. Your efficiency in processing and shipping orders is truly commendable, and I'm thankful for your reliable service. However, I regret to inform you that there is an issue with one of the products in this shipment, specifically the E981 black ink cartridge. When I removed the sealing tape on the upper side of the cartridge the tiny ink well immediately filled with ink. After several attempts at nozzle cleaning and head alignment, the cartridge seems to now be compatible, however, I cannot bring the print quality into focus. The output is blurred. Despite this, my printer remains otherwise functional.
I kindly request that you review this matter and provide guidance on whether there is a solution to rectify this issue, or if it would be best to have the E981 cartridge replaced with a functional one that matches the others. I greatly value your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I can continue using your products with the high-quality performance I've come to expect.”

“I just put the new ink in my printer and the Epson printer is accepting this non brand ink which is good and printing well. I had purchased some non brand ink last year and it worked well until it just quit printing. I had another full refill of the same ink and when I loaded it in the printer, the printer said it was not the correct ink, which was actually the exact same ink as I ordered two complete ink changes. SO, I ordered from this company and as I said all working well so far. The proof will be when I need to replace cartridges as I ordered two full changes. I could not trace the company I bought from last year as I would have contacted them. So hopefully this company works well for me. So much cheaper as It costs me close to $130 or more for one full ink cartridge change if I buy Epson inks at a store such as Staples.”
