“I purchased a CLT-R407 drum for my Samsung CLX3185FW Laser Printer from Inktoner Outlets, within two days I received the drum from them. Upon installation of the drum and printing, it turns out that new drum had a horizontal scratch on it which resulted with two horizontal bars on all prints. I contacted Inktoner Outlets with scanned pictures of the result, and Inktoner immediately sent me a new replacement which works perfectly. Excellent service from Inktoner.
