“Honestly, I have not been able to fully judge the toner cartridge life fully yet. Not much use during the holidays. Earlier cartridges (HP78) proved very short-lived. Thus far my rating of your product is based on the solid performance assurances from your Customer Service lady. She patiently listened to my grievances about the product from elsewhere and recommended that I use your product.
