“Wish i called you guys years ago instead of calling HP direct only to get a whole $3.00 charge less than Staples, and considering that i sent the last 2 empty toner cartridges back to HP, only to find they refill them and say they are new! NOT! ... What really ticks me off is that HP uses a start-up cartridge in their new printers, maybe a couple of hundred copies, sucks! ... turns out they all do, DUH! Hope this helps!”
