“I was a bit skeptical as I have had problems in the past with substitute toner cartridges. This one works great. My only negative comment is that it doesn't come with instructions so it took a couple of minutes to figure out that the orange wires needed to be removed. Once we realized that, they were easily removed and the cartridge went right in. I cannot yet say how long they will last but the one we installed is so far working great and you can't beat the price.”
