“It was an honor to speak with the returns department and have what I thought was a printer cartridge only be a drum unit. Why was this an honor? Since I did not realize the drum will last for 4 cartridges and that results in approximately half the cost of both, which is how they sell the units and not provide the customer information to reduce my cost.
