“These work well with the only problem is with my HP plotter not recognizing the ink level in the cartrage; I have to pull it out and re-install it, to fool it, so it thinks it's a new cartrage, after several print jobs. Good product, works well with this single, PITA, issue. As HP no longer supports this 500 series plotter and I dont do a high volumn of prints, I can live with this problem, lol.”
“I purchased this black cartridge when HP had none available on their website for my old HP DesignJet 500 wide format plotter and so far has worked with a hitch. Have used their products on my Konica Minolta C series copier with no problems; so I thought I would try their product on the DesignJet. The plotter recognized the cartridge, which sometimes is a problem with HP. It reads it as full, and has worked for the last month great- no problems. Will use them for my color cartridges when I need new ones. And their price is hard to beat!”
