“They are very honorable and go beyond the normal. We ordered the wrong cartridge thinking it was a MICR and was only compatible (our bad), We contacted them and they sent us a return label and as soon as they receive it return(which we have sent back), they will refund our purchase price. You don't find customer service at this level much of anywhere if anywhere. We certainly we use them again, and stay with them for our future needs.
