“The first cartidge I oedered ws a total dud. It printed half the page totally black and did nothiing on the other side.At first Ithough it was the printer so put the old cartridge back in and it worked perfectly. Put the new one back in and it was the same problem (twice).
I called the Inktoner Store and they sent me another new cartridge very quickly at no charge. Put it in and...it worked perfectly!

I don't buy replacement cartridges very often but next time I needon I will absolutely check with you first!”
