“Received my toner and I first installed the yellow cartridge and it still showed that it was empty, called the toner store and explained what was happening, they immediately shipped me a new yellow cartridge and it worked just fine, installed the other two colors with no problem. So far all works fine and at more than half the cost of the Brothers brand. Have not tried the black cartridges yet.”
“My Second purchase - competitive pricing (with coupon), fast delivery and most importantly, NO printing problems at all. Outstanding customer service .... They had a slight order mix up, (4 pack cartridge received versus 5 pack order) ... was resolved immediately with expedited delivery. Will definitely purchase here again.”
“Excelent product. Ive bought a couple for a brother machine and it's perfect. I recommend to spend a little more on this one than the other, it's one more black cartridge. Better than buying the original cartridge for $75 each aprox.”
