“I've been buying this for years. It's much cheaper than the brand name one and lasts about the same amount of time. I'd say I get a bad one about 5-10% of the time, but if you call, they immediately resolve the issue, so it's fine. The saving is worth the risk. I usually buy 2 at a time so I have a backup on hand. Definitely will keep buying from them.”
“Great for everyday printing at a fraction of name-brand cost. My printer does not reject the cartridges just because they are not OEM (I've had that happen in the past with other off-brand cartridges / other printers).
Only drawback is that if you want really high-quality printing, there can sometimes be lines / streaking especially as the cartridges and drums near the end of their life. Brother support will of course blame it on the off-brand cartridge but it's hard to tell if that's truly the problem or not.
Customer service has always been fabulous and responsive.
If you just need volume for low cost, this is a great solution. For really picky printing needs you may want to keep a couple genuine cartridges on hand or go to kinkos etc.”
“There have been times when our Brother printer has not read these 3rd party cartridges. In this case we glue a genuine Brother cartridge chip onto the inktonerstore cartridge (see YouTube—this is a delicate operation); then the inktonerstore cartridge works. In other cases, the inktonerstore cartridge has worked perfectly out of the box. It gives us good quality black-and-white printouts.”

“I had purchased a different providers toner, and it could not be used in my printer. Unfortunately I found this out AFTER I was able to return it.
I tried the Magenta and Cyan products and they worked with no issues. My black toner is about to run out and I expect similar hassle free results.”
