I do not see that you have contacted us regarding the issue with the lines. Please send an email to support@inlinetube.com Include the order number, a few pictures of the line received and a brief description of the issue and we will gladly help you.

I have reviewed the correspondence you had with our customer support staff and do see where you sent in the pictures of both the lines we sent you and the original lines from your vehicle. After reviewing the pictures, it was determined the lines you received were a match to the line pattern we have on file for the part number on the order. We did also determine that the original lines on your vehicle were different than our pattern. We offered to duplicate the original lines, but you stated you had already bought replacements from another company. We then sent you a label to use to return the lines. After this, you had informed us you installed the lines. This voids the return policy as was stated in the email with the shipping label. We again informed you that we can duplicate the lines, which you refused.
