“This review is for their customer service, not the product. It loosk well made, but absolutely does not fit a 95 C2500. The return line does not line up with the 4L80E transmission fitting, and the fittings for the transmission connection are quick-connect, not threaded nuts like factory.
Customer service argued with me over fitment, when I'm the one looking at the vehicle and can tell they are wrong. They demanded the old lines be removed from the vehicle to lay next to their new lines, which is a waste of my time, as it's easy to tell just by looking under the vehicle that they do not fit. Their return policy makes you pay for return shipping, which is on me for not noticing that, but still a bit unfair when their product does not fit.
If you have a 95 C2500, do not buy these. I'm hesitant to do business with this company in the future because of their response, and will not be recommending them to anyone, no matter how good their product is.”

After reviewing the correspondence you had with our customer service team, you had brought up a fitment issue as the lines you received did not match the original lines on your vehicle. We reviewed the pictures you sent of the lines we sent and confirmed that they were correct line pattern for the part number that was ordered. From your explanation, it seems like there may have been a different line pattern used when the vehicle was manufactured that we do not currently have. When original lines do not match our pattern we offer a duplication service of the originals, but you declined that offer and wanted to return them. We sent you the requested return authorization and waived the restocking fee since your lines did not match our pattern.
