“The worst, technician told me to loosely install tube and take picture.I did this with all, then took more pictures. When I requested a return shipping label he said that since lines were installed I can't return them !!! YOU told me to !! I will get them from a ethical and trusted company.I will send them back so you can sell them to another sucker!”
Scott,
After reviewing the correspondence and recorded phone conversations you had with the customer service team regarding your line fitment issue, the representative you spoke with did not tell you to install the lines. The representative only asked for a picture of the line that was sent to you from us compared to the factory original line. We then received pictures from you showing the line installed on the vehicle. We offered to duplicate your original lines but you declined that offer. As the pictures you supplied to us showed the lines installed on the vehicle, this voided the return based on the company return policy which was explained to you as well.
Warm regards,
Jareth

“the general satisfaction level is good, but the mismatch of the T block connectors is troubling. I have reached out but still no response as to a fix .”
“Hi,
Just purchased two sets of the tri power kit and in both sets the brass block connectors were missing. They are clearly shown in the diagram but we’re not sent out with this purchase.
Thanks”
Thank you for taking the time to let me know about your experience with purchasing our 1968-69 Chevrolet Corvette 427CID-390HP Tri-Power (Opt. Engine) 3/8" Pump to Carb Lines 5pc, OE Steel. I apologize that the brass block connectors were missing from your purchase.
How can we make this right? Is there something we can do to make up for your experience? I hope this doesn't take away from your opinion of our product. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
