“DOA. The new proportioning valve never made my brake light go out. Unfortunately I installed it first and then followed with a lot of down time doing a full brake job. Got ready for the final bleed of the brake lines and noticed brake fluid coming out of the black nipple on the front. Sure enough, this brand new valve was dead. It’s been a year since I ordered it. I guess I’ll roll the dice on another one. My advice is to install them and test them as soon as you get them.”
