One star off and it's something they have never done over the years for my orders: label the lines for what they are supposed to be. 90% of the time it's self explanatory but few of the brake line kits I had bare frames and spent HOURS fitting and trial error.”
“The lines do not match what was kn the truck and some of the lines are bent on the wr ok and direction and I cant call them to get my issue fixed and they are taking forever to respond via email.”
Michael, we apologize for the delay. Due to the mass influx in people working on their vehicles during the shutdown we have had to pull people from different departments to help with the tech support. Since we are not allowed at the building we have to e-mail back and forth with people that are skilled in the line pattern area. we should have all of our tech support caught up by this weekend.
