“I ordered the 700r4 lines to find out that they we not the correct ones. Called and asked to speak to someone to explain what I had wrong. Due to Covid 19 could not get anyone to call me back after several emails about it. I wanted to explain what the problem was. Called back later in the week to find out that the 4wd and 2wd lines sets are different but it did not come up in the listing for that option in the year, make, and model search. After I got a hold of someone on the phone they were able to find a different part number that I needed. He had me look up the number on line and check it out after I sent him the email chain from another support tech who said I needed a set for a different year make of truck. The years he told me Chevy didn’t even have a 700r4 as a option. After looking at the pictures it looked correct. He reordered the other lines. Got a email saying that my order had shipped looked at the address and it was not correct. So who knows if I will ever get the correct ones. This is very disappointing after having a great experience last time I ordered a complete brake set for this truck.”
