The information for my truck then got line that where 12/15 inches to long .. trying to return the product turned out to a issue with about 12 back and forth emails about them being wrong not being proper inline fitting for the trans as well as the fitting to the radiator was wrong size needing to get adapters that are not available in local parts stores … then fella wanted pics of my old lines and the wrong stuff y’all sent ….. had I oreder threw Amazon it would have been a simple email and return not 2 days or run around emails then cause I refused to keep them automatically said there will be a stocking fee even though the paper work states if it’s not a common product even though they are ! , and for the forums Ive read on a lot of fellas have this issue with this company I just wanted the right stuff or my money back no altering the parts I ordered that shoulda been a direct fit as the web site said for fitting … this will work for you vehicle when really nope way to long , even my father that’s been a trans speacailist for 30 years said those would never fit anything to long for any application..”

After reviewing the correspondence you had with our support staff, you had requested a return for lines you had ordered from us. The reason we asked for the pictures was to determine if we sent parts incorrectly. As we had determined that the parts were sent correctly to the items that were ordered, the return was a standard return at that point. The reason we had asked for pictures of your original lines is to see where the differences were between your lines and ours. If there are differences we would have been able to waive the restocking fee or duplicate the original lines. As you did not send in the pictures of your original lines we were unable to do that and the return was a standard return at that point.

“Unfortunately the GMC truck lines didn’t work on my 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe. Because I live in an area where there is alternate side parking. I had to straighten out the lines as best as possible and re bend the lines to match the original line in the truck. The lines look great and was so excited when I got them in the mail. I made it work but would have preferred that the lines would have look and route like the original ones. I know that I may have had the option to send you the original and have them made but the car needs to be moved from one side of the street to the other. I would recommend inline Tube to other people. The quality of the product looked good. Thank you.”
