“I already did review - you sent the WRONG lines and your tech guy said there's a restock fee, and I have to pay return shipping...plus, when I bought them, the shipping was $13.95..for a 12 ounce box. Not a happy camper, and I'll never buy from you again, and I will steer other people away from your business if they need lines. Any chance of getting a response from you, or are you just going to keep my money and laugh...?”
