“After weeks waiting for my brake lines, a number were not the correct length or bend. Some had the wrong fittings. Response from Inline was poor - "Send a picture". Had to have the lines redone at my expense. WOuldn't work with Inline again”

When problems arise with lines we manufacture and send out, in most cases it is better to have pictures of the issue to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding of the issues. This also helps in determining if your vehicle has a different line pattern that the one we received and to also ensure what we sent was made and shipped correctly to the order. When we identify the problem with the pictures it gives us many options to resolve issues with the items ordered from us.
