“The cable I received seems to be of good quality, but that can only be proved with the test of time. My experience with Sales, however, was almost a joke. The person who helped me had to be told *everything* two or three times, including the part I was looking for, my name, the spelling of my name, and my correct mailing address. The salesperson also joked with a co-worker during the sales call. I've had better customer service at McDonald's.”
