“The lines were good but parts missing. After contacting Inline and telling them I needed the missing parts immediately, they emailed me a week later and asked for photos, still not moving ahead. It's been two weeks, and four emails asking where the missing parts were and no response. I guess I misjudged the company and will adjust my social media comments as needed.”
After reviewing the communication chain, it appears that extra photos where requested for clarity. Please send a picture of the lines that we have sent and what you have of the originals. This will allow our tech the opportunity to see what was sent from the warehouse and what is needed for your vehicle. There are sometimes mid-year changes from the manufactures that will change the line routing and fitting sizes. There also are vehicles that use the prior years or later years line routing. My apologies for this wait.
