“The picture of the item I purchased looked like it was a plug for a 5/16 inch gas line. However when I received it the item was not a plug and had a hole through the middle of it. When I emailed you and complained about it I was told there was nothing you could do and it was my fault for ordered the wrong part. I understand I ordered the wrong part but I was basing my purchase on the picture on your website which looked like a plug. I thing your picture is misleading and that I should receive the part I thought I was ordering at no additional charge due to your misleading picture. However, I was not offered this as solution to this mistaken purchase. Please help. Regards, Don Weston”

The part on your order is described as a tube nut in the part description on our website. If you look at part number IFP22, the description of the part does state it is a plug. I did not see any contact between our support staff and you regarding this issue. The only option we would have open would be a return, as long as none of the parts were installed.
