“Sending my clothes to Insect Shield was easy. I received a notice when my clothes were received and when they shipped back to me. I would have given 5 stars except that when the clothes arrived, it was just my clothes in a box, no note or any other insert. Not wrapped in anything. Just my clothes in a box. Maybe it's an attempt to keep materials to a minimum, and it would have been nice to have something that said thanks or your clothes are ready to protect you. The company does such a good job of that everywere else. Of course I'll probably do this again next year. Just my thoughts about how I received it.”

“Was very easy and clothes come back ready to go. The care label helps to identify the protected items from non protected items as well as providing care instructions. This is not a process you can count on as a last minute idea though. It takes about 3 weeks from start to finish so plan accordingly.”
