“If you did not know that the socks were treated with insect repellent, you could not tell by the feel or the smell, as both are "normal". I have worn them traveling through Tanzania, Africa while on safari and while doing yardwork in northern Floridia in the summer and was not the least bothered by mosquitoes or tsetse flies. They are soft and comfortable and I walked miles without getting blisters. Overall an excellent product that I would recommend.”
