“These socks are light weight and comfortable but still very sturdy. I haven’t worn these during the height of bug season yet, but I have several other pieces of clothing with insect shield that I have worn during spring and summer. They did a great job keeping ticks and mosquitoes off of me. I highly recommend these products to protect yourself.”

“I’ve had these long enough to put them through several washings. No fraying, color change, or loss of elasticity. Seems to hold its permethrin effect past the 40 washings it’s been put through so far.”
“These clothes are very effective in keeping ticks at bay but separating them out for washing is a hassle. This results in frequent small loads. Still recommend them as the best option other than treating your own clothes, but i wish they could solve the commingling of laundry problem. Would give a 5 for effectiveness.”
