The foot fits well, but having larger than normal calves, the upper sock want to cut my circulation, keep in mind, these are for hiking outdoors, most of us have larger calves over someone that sits all day and hikes once in a while, just keep this in mind for a modification to your product. I wore a pair today with muck boots and a bug jump suit, lot of materials inside my boots, thanx

So far no chiggers or ticks when gardening.

These socks are comfy and feel like high quality. I’m hitting the high grass with a lot more confidence.

I love the bamboo material that feels more comfortable than cotton. Since discovering bamboo socks, I prefer them in all but the coldest weather. They also help me feel protected from ticks and mosquitoes since they are permethrin treated. I always wear them when I birdwatch.

I love these socks. I use them for yardening all the time. I also use them for local park and trail walks. There are many deer and other wildlife in our yard as well as in the area. With these socks I feel confident that the ticks will not get to my legs. I often stuff my Insect Shield pants into them for added protection.
