“This worked great to keep bugs off me. I had a a whole insect shield outfit: socks, leggings, an scarf, and sun hoodie type shirt. I tucked my hair in my shirt, wore a ball cap under the hood, and was safe from bugs. Everyone else I worked with pulled at least one tick a day off their clothes and also had mosquito bites.
