“These are very comfortable socks. They have just enough padding to wear with field boots all day long with ease. The height of the socks are great for pulling up over my pant legs for extra tick protection in tall thick prairies, as well as tall enough to wear alone with shorts to keep ticks and chiggers off in shorter grassy areas. They can be folded down or 'crunched' around the ankle, if the height is not needed...very flexible besides comfortable. Great to have that second pair to wear while pulling burrs off of the first pair :-))”
