“These socks work well for discouraging bugs. However, I find that they are not very soft, so my feet are so glad when I take them off. They don't seem to soften after several washings. These socks used to be made with different materials and were softer. Also, my feet get really hot in them if I walk for more than about 30 minutes; they don't breath well. But they do keeps the bugs away!”
