“Delivery was delayed, due to demand from Daily Mail article then the pack that arrived did not work, extremely disgruntled and was on verge of demanding a refund! However in fairness to Katie (whom must have been awash with emails from similar disgruntled customers) she got replacement out and delivered next day. I have thin lips and on first application I did not really see a huge difference if I am honest but before firing off a sharp and angry email back to Katie I thought I would give it a day so. After all Daily Mail doesn't go into print on a product that does nothing does it? After four days I have to admit it has really started to show. Whilst still sore about original delivery and failure of first product, I have to say that overall am pretty delighted with the results and ultimately feel it was worth the wait and my sorely pushed patience. I will buy again just hope it doesn't coincide with another daily mail article!!! Overall 5 stars for product 3 stars for service on this first order so overall 4 stars”

“My before and after photo shows a definitive difference in my lips volume and smoothness following application. As far as lip volumisers go this one is effective and doesn’t sting or feel strange on the lips like some formulas do. I liked the fact that as well as making my lips fuller it also made them look healthier with a pinker colour.”
“I do feel like my lips have filled out a little over the past 10 days of using this products, particularly my bottom lip but I haven't noticed a massive difference, although looking back at pictures from before and after I do see a change between them.I have noticed that my lips feel smoother and softer. I found that unlike most lip plumping products there was absolutely no stinging at all from this product which is quite a big statement to make for someone who typically has sensitive skin.I have been applying this product every morning and night for the past 10 days, this has become part of my daily routine.
