“We returned the labels immediately because they are not actual tamper evident but just stickers. We had to pay $20 in shipping because you not only have to email, get approval, a special code, and pay for shipping to return yourself, and we still haven’t received a refund. I suggest including free returns if you want to keep customers because the amount of hoops to return something is amazing.”
