“The labels are great! The delivery method? Well...DHL is not quite up to par on the professional shipping front. My item was delayed for over 10 days by the shipper NOT THE SELLER. No explanation, no notice, nothing. They posted a message on my original shipping notice, so I didn't get an update until I went seeking out the original ship email. The notice basically said that there had been a delay and did not offer any information with regards to a new arrival date. When I contacted customer service, I was essentially told that they didn't know where my shipment was, how long it would take to get to me, or why there was a delay. I was told to come check back in another 10 days if I hadn't rec'd them. So...the labels are great! DHL sucks.”
