“This is my 3rd Oud cologne and 2nd one made in Dubai. The First Oud Cologne I bought from dubai was "Oud Ehsaasi" for $10 and the best oud fragrance. If Oud ehsassi is 10/10 I will give Al-Harramain 8/10.”
