“I purchased this cologne solely based on reviews. I never got to smell it until it arrived at my door. At first I thought the scent to be a little strong and was scared to show my wife, she has a sense of smell as good as a bloodhound, and hates all the colognes I pick so I usually need pre approval. (I took a chance and ordered without telling her.)I decided to wear it to work since she is asleep when I leave in the morning. When I got home after the first day wearing it, I gave her a hug and kiss, she asked what kind of cologne I was wearing. That made me nervous.I told her it’s new, and to my surprise she loves it. The smell is not overpowering but it is strong and lasts all day. I also purchased Club de Nuit Intense based on reviews, it has a similar smell. Not nearly as good of a cologne as L’Aventure.This cologne is the best cologne I’ve worn since Acqua di Gio. And is now my absolute favorite! I get compliments on it everyday.Just buy it, you won’t regret it.”
