“Sometimes citrus top notes turn me off, I don't want to tell the world "hey! I showered!" But the citrus top in L'Aventure is so integrated into the other facets that it all works together. It's hard to tease out individual notes, but all together it is a very elegant, sparkly scent with a downtown, masculine frame. It's clean and sophisticated with citrus zest and a smooth, urbane musk/leather/wood dimension. I can't think of an occasion it wouldn't be great to wear in. There is zero sweetness here.”
