“Midnight Oud: I am collecting Ouds. This is my fifth and I absolutely love it. I purchased one that retails for $500 and dislike it intensely. I have had complete luck with the $40-$60 category and this is one of them.It has everything I like in a scent, i.e., spice, bite, smokiness, sweet vanilla, and of course woodiness, hence the Oud. If it had chypre in it, it would be even better. It goes on peppery-spicy, then settles in to all the other elements they describe and the ones I love. It is very long lasting, not sickening at all and I have a very sensitive olfactory system. The bottle is pretty and heavy, well made. Apart from my all time faves Mitsouko by Guerlain and Chantilly by Houbigant, Midnight Oud will be my go-to fragrance from now on.Btw, I have been trying to get 24-Hour Oud and Oud for Glory and when they get here, I will likely have to update this to include them. My other two Ouds are Franck Olivier Oud Vanille and Shaghaf Oud. Love them as well, but this is the strongest and longest lasting.”
