“Yara is a pleasant, cozy, strawberry-powdery fragrance. It's light and refreshing; the kind of scent you'd apply after a shower, in the day time, when you're at home.....because it makes you feel fresh. In my experience, this does not project strongly. For me...it does not have a strong sillage. It sits closer to the skin, but it performs better if sprayed on clothing. In terms of aesthetics, I am not a fan of the bottle's design. It's not delicate or graceful....it's kind of clunky'ish looking in terms of design. The soft pink color of the bottle aligns with the scent inside. The fragrance is as soft as the color of the bottle.”
“Be warned……This perfume is very strong. Starts with a powerful rose note along with powerful smoked leather. Initially made my eyes water it’s so strong. After a few hours it will drydown to a smoky oud note. One or two sprays only and put it on a few hours before you go out in public. This is not safe as a blind buy. You will either like this or be repulsed by it. I’m going to let this mascerate for a few months and try again. I’m hoping it will calm down with aging.”
