PD: 02/2018, ED: 02/2023.My Newest bottle purchased in July 2018 from "Sterling Parfums" is from a February 2018 batch. This is a complete 180 in performance and a huge disappointment. While yes the smell is still great, you wont smell if after 2 hours. Its barely even noticeable on the skin by that point. There is little to no projection. I've tried spraying 5 times instead of my normal 3, I've tried spraying it directly on my suits, and I even did the pillow test. Again after about 2 hours the fragrance is nonexistent.”
“So i hate to be a downer dan in a sea of positive reviews for this cologne. The reviews got my attention not to mention on a body building forum all the younger guys swear by this lol. Like it's the second coming. They said this is the ultimate alternative to the almighty CREED cologne which costs 10x the price of this. So i took a chance and bought it.Long story short, i actually don't like it as much. There is a very SHORT window where this cologne smells good. And that is, of course you have to take a good shower before spraying any cologne IMHO, is 30 minutes AFTER you spray it, then for only 45 minutes - 1 hour, then THAT'S IT.The initial spray is overwhelming which makes you question if you put too much. But 2 sprays is all i did. After being disappointed with the initial spray, i went about my day and as the minutes past, the smell eventually settled to a nice scent.But this only lasts for 45min-1 hour. Afterwards the smell dies out and then it becomes that annoying, "cheap cologne" you get at riteaid or something. The stale smell you experience from a guy who probably sprays 10 times of his cheap cologne, then goes about his day at work and after each hour that stupid smell gets worse, and you're gagging because you have to smell it. Don't be that guy.This past week we had a heatwave, 100 degrees almost everyday which might or might not contribute to how well this scent carries itself.Maybe this cologne is a spring/fall type cologne. I don't think it's a summer cologne as your extreme body heat and sweat might wear down it's better smelling properties lol. If that makes any sense.For those who want reference, in my opinion this doesn't smell like creed. Because i actually that as well.This cologne actually smells A LOT LIKE, bond no.9 bleeker st.I dare anyone to get a sample of bleeker st and tell me i'm wrong. Because that's what this is. Bleeker st, with a small sprinkle if irish spring bar soap lol.No lie, please experiment with my assessment and tell me if i'm wrong lol”

“Great Blind Buy. Have not had the chance yet to smell the real creed aventus so i can't compare but i can tell you i love this scent. Other reviews warn about the opening and DAMN it is obnoxious! synthetic and a little harsh. I kind of like it but my girlfriend was offended just being in the same room when i sprayed it on a button down shirt. This is good for getting ready in the morning and giving it a chance to dry down a little.. do not try to carry a bottle with you and apply mid day and think it will go un noticed.. opening is SUPER loud. BUT the scent it leaves you with in an awesome manly smoky scent all day that really projects. Its not fresh smelling like aquatic but it still smells really clean somehow.. maybe the lemon note? Really really good and different. Go ahead and pick this up for the price.. you can't go wrong. Just wear with confidence.”
