“So, I have been using this for a month or so now, and I have to say, I love it. It truly does smell identical to my 4oz bottle of Creed Aventus. I have gotten several compliments on it after a good 8 hours of having it on me. It smells TERRIBLE when you first spray it on, but after 30-45 mins it starts to smell fantastic. I sprayed this on a paper index card, and Creed Aventus on another card, and after 3 days they both smell exactly the same to me, and MUCH to my surprise, this one is not any weaker. Granted, I do have other colognes that seem to last longer and project better, but for the price, this this stuff rocks. One thing to note with this however; just like actual Aventus, your nose will adapt very quickly to the scent and you will not smell it on or around you what so ever. Because of this, needless to say, I was VERY surprised when the girl in the library told me how good my cologne smelled. Just give it time to settle before you go out. I am not an expert by any means and I am sure my nose differs from others, but this seemed to have positive reviews over on the bassnotes forums, and that's what sold me on it, and I am thankful!I almost NEVER buy fragrances on Amazon, this is the only one I have, all of the others I buy from Google trusted stores that come highly recommended on bassnotes forums so I know I am not getting a knockoff. However, at least for me, this one is safe. It DOES say "Made in France" in very hard to read black print on the bottom of the bottle, and from all the research I have done, it is legit and not a knock off. “I own Aventus and most of its clones. I have to agree with those who rave about 'Club'. Aventus' top notes are sweeter, but the base notes are IDENTICAL. And it's the base notes, of course, that we carry around with us. Buy this. (I notice the price has jumped since my own purchase a few weeks ago.)”
