“Pleasant. Strong initial citrus smell, leaves you with a warm pleasant woodsy musk. Not sure if this is resale, but box was worn, possibly reused? No complaints with product.Have not smelled Aventus in a while but the cologne is a great stand alone, for the price. I also believe they dropped the creed clone marketing gimmick.”
“I dont know what everyone is talking about with reformulations and what not. I never tried an old batch so I cant speak to that. But i bought a bottle from a reputable online fragrance shop (it came out cheaper than here on amazon). My batch is from 9/2021 Made in France. Just two sprays on the neck and this stuff was still projecting 8 hours later. I could still smell it on myself the next morning. I suspect people are going nose blind if you think this stuff doesnt last.The opening is definitely STRONG, but people calling it lemon pledge is a bit too far. But the dry down is incredible. The dry down is Aventus.”
