“Let me start off by saying that I’m a huge fan of Creed Aventus because I think it’s a unique and a great signature fragrance. I’ve tried Creed Aventus on skin in person and I loved the smooth opening and the dry down because I love the pineapple note and the slight muskiness of the fragrance. The reason why I bought CDIM is because it’s $30 and I was curious whether or not it lasted long and smelled similar to Aventus. I can confidently say that my bottle of CDIM lasted on me for over 12+ hours, which is just beastly performance. It outlasted versace eros and even Dolce Gabana light blue intense. Also on the same day I received compliments from two girls at my gym on what fragrance I was wearing. Now let’s talk about the actual scent of the fragrance. I’ve noticed many reviewers complain about the opening, however I personally like the aggressively acidic lemon and black currant opening. I think it smells a bit fresh and very masculine and it isn’t overly fruity or musky, but very well balanced. Now once the fragrance drys down, this is when CDIM becomes very similar to Creed Aventus, like 90-95% of the actual scent, which to me for $30 is worth it. My only suggestion to truly have a perfect Aventus clone is maybe get demeter pineapple and apply both demeter pineapple and CDIM on skin together. You’ll get a bit more of that Creed Aventus fruity note with the pineapple, but definitely not necessary. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this product and all the women in my family love this fragrance, just go buy it already. It’s the safest blind buy you can get! :)”
