“The bottle design and the vaporizer tip doesn't readily facilitate re-filling my travel spray container. The first day I wore this scent I went out for a drink at a moderately upscale bar and was sitting at the bar next to a couple out for drinks on a date. The guy was sitting next to me and got up to use the restroom and his girlfriend leaned over his chair after he was out of earshot and asked, "My goodness, what are you wearing? It's amazing." It was cool and awkward, both. Some other gals that I know go out of their way to hug me in hopes the scent will rub off on them. Another instance, a guy was behind me in line for a drink at the bar and he's chatting with his buddy about how someone around them 'smells so good.' There was nobody else around. I have read other reviews after the fact that highlight that for whatever reason other guys appreciate the scent as much or more than women, and while I've also found that to be true in hindsight, women love it too which was the goal. It's actually kind of funny and alpha to have other dudes run around giving me compliments on it. Women notice that. They love and respect a man who has the respect and admiration of other men, so maybe that was the purpose of the scent design. I'd prefer that it didn't have as much effect on other guys as it does but it hasn't been a detriment because women also love it. I still prefer La Nuit as a signature scent, but that's multitudes more expensive. Glad I checked this scent out based on some other blogs and reviews because this was a good value. I also wish the vaporizer was more compatible with my travel spray, I've wasted a lot of the product during re-fill. Still worth it.”
